Here are some snapshots from a few of Paulina’s exhibitions over the years.

Niños (Children) (2010) · 856 G Gallery, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines
Paulina went home to Cebu, during Sinulog time (Cebu’s biggest annual festival in honor of the Santo Niño/ Holy Infant Jesus). Instead of joining in the revelry, Paulina exhibited this collection to draw attention to the rights and needs of local children. Exhibition sales benefited the Enfants du Mekong/Batang Mekong, a charitable institution that provides education, better nutrition and health support for the children of the dumpsite scavengers in Inayawan.

Storytiling (2002) · Artspace Gallery, Calgary, Canada
Calgary was stop number 2 of the 3 cities visited by Storytiling, Paulina’s stories of love, family and community painted on tiles. The spirit of the works was very tropical but the themes were universal. CBC Art Beat did a feature of Storytiling on television interviewing both the artist and the gallery curator Audrey Mabbee.

Hue & I in a Secret Garden / Kleur en ik in de geheime tuin (2000) · Haarlemmermeer, The Netherlands - 2 venues: Centrum voor Kunst en Cultuur, Hoofddorp and KUNST 2001 Gallery, Badhoevedorp

And Heaven and Nature Sing (1997) · CAP Art Centre, Cebu, Philippines
This collection of cement bas relief was created by Paulina’s at her farm studio in Carcar, Cebu. She took inspiration from nature and the animals around her.

Tropical Flavors (1997) · Red Mill Gallery, Vermont Studio Centre, Vermont, USA
Paulina had already been in Vermont for over 3 months and it was time to show the community and her peers at the Vermont Studio Center what had been cooking in her studio. Local folks came to join in this celebration of art and friendship.

Fish-to-Face (1996) · Ayala Museum, Makati, Philippines
Enamoured with the colorful sea creatures Paulina encountered on a diving trip in Bohol, she didn’t want her time underwater to ever end. Thus, she created this collection where humans and denizens of the deep harmoniously coexist with no air or time limit.

Floral Chorus (1996) · 'G' Designs Gallery
Doors in the art world were beginning to open to her, so it was quite reflected in the love, joy and blossoms that filled the kitchen cabinet doors that she used as painting surface for this collection.

Solo! (1995) · The Gallery, Montebello Villa Hotel Cebu, Philippines
Paulina’s first exhibition featured different mediums from canvas, ceramic plates, scrap and recycled metals to create assemblage sculptures. Music is the predominant theme as the collection was created when Paulina was an active member of the Cebu Youth Symphony Orchestra (CYSO).
