Moments of Motherhood {M.O.M.}
Inspired by her own moments of motherhood, the artist integrated various scrap fabric into her paintings to symbolize the shared moments between mother and child. She says, “It’s these little moments that matter, it’s these moments that we remember.”
The collection was created in Singapore and exhibited in 6 different cities between the years 2013 and 2014: Bali, Tokyo, Phuket, Penang, Singapore and Cebu.
Ten little fingers,
ten little toes,
no rush my little darling.
Take your time to grow.
The things, the journeys
you will make-
all that can wait.
For now eat, sleep, repeat!
